Our lobby last week
Thanks to everyone who helped a child participate in our first Holiday Coloring Contest! We had 273 entries (including one from North Dakota!) Wow! Judging was difficult, but the winners stood out in creativity, exceptional detail and originality! Winners will be notified by phone today, so they can arrange to stop in soon to pick up their prize!

Our lobby is overflowing with coloring contest entries! Great Job Kids! Thanks to everyone who has mailed or dropped one off for a child!
There is still time to submit coloring contest forms. Get them in by next Wednesday, December 17th to qualify for some great prizes!
Get out your markers, paints and crayons! Today marks the beginning of our Holiday Coloring Contest!
Children ages 0-12 can enter in their proper age category for a chance to win a new winter sled or a 4/pack of movie tickets to Muller Family Theatres! Copies of the drawing will be inserted in this week’s Advocate and Maple Lake Messenger. For extra copies, download and print your own from our homepage.
Completed colorings can be dropped off at either Oak Realty office, click here for locations, or mailed to Oak Realty at PO Box 298, Annandale, MN 55302. Submissions must be received by Wednesday, December 17th to qualify!
Winners will be notified by phone just in time for the holidays. Let’s hope we have some snow by then!

We unexpectedly lost a member of our Oak Realty family over the holiday weekend. Gordy Peterson, our teammate and friend, passed away Sunday, November 30th at the age of 70. Gordy had been an agent at Oak Realty for the past 6 years. There wasn’t a day he didn’t bring a heartfelt smile and genuine kindness to our office and his work. We will miss his presence here in many ways.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife, Marilyn, their three children and seven grandchildren, his family and many friends, during this time.
